Mr. Sahil Mehta is an MBA from University of Hertfordshire, UK. His work experience includes 20 years in aviation & logistics. He has successfully set up ground handling & airport services operations across multiple airports on a Pan India basis; managed JV’s with large international ground handling companies and won concessions at BOM, DEL, BLR, HYD airports for ground handling operations; consistently declared record profits in the ground handling business in India since inception; 1st privately held company to forge an equal partnership with Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) to manage ground handling operations at Nasik Airport; founded BRRING for addressing the complex intra city last mile distribution business for online grocery / perishable companies; expanded from 1 city (Pune) to 18 cities within 18 months; and signed up large E-Com customers and expanded operations Pan India for these customers.
Mr. Shailesh Kant Sharma has over 3 decades of Operations experience, excelling in company start-up/expansion, Customer Experience and setting up Ground Operations. Have travelled extensively around the world to set up International stations including London, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Colombo, Kathmandu, Dhaka etc. Experience in managing large teams for customer service processes, essential and out of box solutions for customer facilitation, using teamwork, critical thinking, adaptability, planning, analytical and effective communication. Extensive Aviation operational experience of managing manpower, Procuring and maintenance of ground equipment, contracting, agreements, QMS, annual budgets etc. Handled Pan-India and neighbouring countries large teams of 2000+ plus workforce and 40 stations.
Mr. Puneet Jain is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15+ years of experience in the field of auditing, accounting, due diligence, business case reviews, budgeting, financial planning & analysis, risk management & control, contract management, working capital management etc. During his stints with one of the Big 4 firms, he has worked across wide range of industries including real estate (residential), jewellery, infrastructure, retail, food products, healthcare, auto components, hospitality, professional services, ports etc. on behalf of both private equity and strategic clients. Prior to joining the Brring team, he was heading the finance function of an automotive plant at Cosma Chennai engaged in the business of manufacturing of Chassis and BIW for key OEMs. Having worked across multiple industries and locations, he comes with laudable expertise for value creation. He strongly believes in aligning to business purpose and constantly raises the bar of his function.
Lt Col Vijay Bhagoliwal is a retired army officer with a Post Graduate degree in Armaments & Weapon Systems. He was commissioned into the Regiment of Artillery. Apart from his two instructional appointments, he had seen live action on numerous occasions during his various stints in J&K and North East, battling counterterrorism. With more than 31 years of experience, apart from the above, he has exposure to Film Making, Manufacturing, Operations, Construction, HR & Administration with MNCs and other companies. A perpetual optimist, 'out-of-the-box' thinking is his forte, and he provides the 'X' Factor in strategic thinking, analysis and planning. His passion for nature, traveling, music and photography help his soul in its journey on this planet.
